1. Agreement
By using the Jocheai website or engaging us for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
2. Our services
Jocheai provides design, development, automation and AI services. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price for any project are confirmed in a written proposal or statement of work before we begin.
3. Payments
Unless agreed otherwise, projects require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due on delivery. Recurring plans are billed monthly in advance and can be paused or cancelled with reasonable notice.
4. Client responsibilities
- Provide timely content, feedback and approvals.
- Ensure you own or have rights to any material you share with us.
- Use the delivered work in lawful, ethical ways.
5. Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the final deliverables produced specifically for your project. We retain ownership of our underlying tools, frameworks and pre-existing know-how, and may showcase the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
6. Warranties & liability
We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific project giving rise to it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Termination
Either party may end an engagement with written notice. You remain liable for work completed and costs committed up to the termination date.
